At Cyclone Pressure Systems, we’re proud to be a veteran-owned, family-operated business built on grit, integrity, and good old-fashioned hands-on work. What began as a side hustle in our family driveway — just Bill, a few tools, and a determination to build something better — has grown into the full-scale 7000sq ft operation Cyclone is today.
Bill, a former New York Firefighter and U.S. Navy veteran, is the founder and driving force of the company. He’s the one who spent countless hours in the driveway building rigs from scratch, testing ideas, and pushing Cyclone into what it has become. And even as the business has grown, he hasn’t taken a backseat — not even for a moment.
Kaycee, Bill’s wife and the quiet force behind Cyclone’s origin, is the reason the business exists in the first place. As the owner of a thriving commercial cleaning company, she saw firsthand the demand for reliable pressure-washing services and encouraged Bill to take on the challenge. What began as an ancillary service for her cleaning clients quickly grew into something much larger.
Originally from the Philippines and proudly naturalized in 2018, Kaycee brings resilience, heart, and an unwavering work ethic to the foundation of this business. She is truly the “mother of the operation,” the spark that lit the fire and the steady presence that’s supported its growth every step of the way.
Bill is still fully hands-on with every step of the customer experience. From selling and walking customers through their equipment, to sharing tips, tricks, and real-world guidance, he’s there long after the sale is completed. For him, it’s never just a transaction — it’s a relationship. Customers call anytime, and Bill picks up every time, ready to troubleshoot, answer questions, or help them get the most out of their rig. That’s the Cyclone standard.
Jillian, one of Bill’s four daughters, keeps the heartbeat of the business running. From marketing and inventory to payroll, customer service, and everything in between, she handles the administrative and operational side of the company with precision and pride. She knows the products inside and out, and she’s the one making sure Cyclone runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Delaney, our Chief Systems Engineer, is an integral part of Cyclone’s growth and ingenuity. With more than 20 years of experience in the DC Fire Department, his deep knowledge of pumps, pressure systems, and mechanical reliability is invaluable. Delaney brings a level of technical precision, problem-solving, and real-world operational insight that elevates every system we build. His expertise drives innovation, strengthens our engineering foundation, and ensures our rigs meet the demands of both professionals and beginners alike.
And while Cyclone is rooted in family, our team extends far beyond blood. Our employees aren’t just staff — they’re part of the Cyclone crew, treated with the same trust, loyalty, and respect as family. Each person plays a key role in the quality, service, and innovation we deliver to our customers.
